By using Blue Seas Fishing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, or infringe another person’s rights.

Fish identification and fishing information

Identification results, gear suggestions, forecasts, and educational material are informational estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a substitute for local regulations, professional advice, safe boating practices, or your own judgment. Always confirm species, seasons, size limits, handling rules, weather, and safety requirements with the appropriate local authorities before acting.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Blue Seas Fishing permission to host, process, display, and reproduce it only as needed to operate and improve the requested features. You must have the right to submit that content.

Premium membership and billing

Premium subscriptions renew at the interval shown during Stripe checkout until canceled. Prices and included features are displayed before purchase. You can manage payment details, view invoices, or schedule cancellation through the customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Seas Fishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Termination and changes

We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
